I have open a CPF account jointly awith my boss in 1992. The interest rate is only given by bank is 3 % but current rate is 9 %. how can i claim this?

visit the respective EPFO office and request them to undertake the account, if accepted by them, you have to make a joint application with employer/employee and EPFO to shift the funds to EPFO by closing the account in bank.
nothing would effect to your rules and funds regarding change, but the consent of EPFO is mandatory to transact this.
