We have received CT 3 form from our customer, now We have to make bill to customer, whether I have to put excise or not, how I have to make invoice to customer

07 March 2011 DEAR SIR,
The CT3 document is basically prescribed under Notification No. 22/2003-CE dated 31.03.2003, as amended, to bring excisable goods into Export Oriented units, Software Technology Park, Electronics Hardware Technology Park without payment of excise duty. The Performa and procedure have been detailed in the said notification itself and as far as concern for buying goods.
