iam purchasing goods in Goa and at the same product supply&instalation to banglore customer how to raise invoice and hw much charge to tax

if you are eligible to given C form for the particular product supplier raise CST billing at the rate of 2%
If you are not in the position to issue C form Supplier raise CST billing only but the rate of CST will be the rate of Goa Local vat rate for the particular product
