Dear Experts,

may anyone tell me the whole procedure to register a Pvt Ltd Company under CST Act? What will be the total cost for the registration? My company is an event management Company and does not liable to get TIN but it need to get itself register only for one transaction, is there any option of casual registration under CST Act?
Is registration in VAT is mandatory to get itself registered in CST while We dont have any sale activity in Delhi

07 September 2012 1) You have to get only one TIN which is applicable for both DVAT and CST and it may cost you around 5000 to 7500

2)There is no concept of casual registration under CST

3) For registration you have to fill the applicable form and deposit in the concerned ward of sales tax department.

07 September 2012 May you tell me the forms which i need to fill for the CST registration? But the company have only 1 CST transaction after that there is no use of that TIN but the company will be liable to file monthly returns and that we dont want. Can we surrender that registration number after that transaction? I had read we need to pay only Rs. 25/- wih CST form A for registration

07 September 2012 1)The applicable form - DVAT 04 and FORM A

2) You are right Rs 25 with FormA and Court Fee of Rs 500

3) I told you the rate when you take the help of consultant for registration purpose, they could charge the said amount

4) I don't have an exact idea in regard to surrender but it might be possible

08 September 2012 Thanks sir, i am a CA and i want to register a Company under DVAT, this is the first time i am applying for the same thats y wanted help in dis regard.
