For What purpsose they are used in Delhi?

Is Form 2A used for Requisition of C Form and Form 2B to show how C form is used.
No idea about Form 2C.

Please Tell me.

23 May 2011 Hi,

2A is for the requistion of statuory form - it can be any C , H , I , J

In above form , we enter invoice wise details of purchase made against declaration . Seperate 2A is filed for seperate statuory form

2C is the summary form , it what type of form u need and how many.

Suppose in 2A , u have mentioned information for two vendors for Form C and in another 2A three vendors for Form H

So in form 2C , u will mention that u need form C - two and form H - three.

Form 2B is the submission of usage of earlier issued form by department. For eg

u r asking forms for the quarter ending 3oth Sep , 2010 and u got forms issued earlier for quarter ending 3oth June ,2010

U will mention the information about form that were issued in quarter ending 30th June , 2010 and when they were issued to party

23 May 2011 It means that form 2A for demanding Statutory forms which are required against bills.
Form 2B to show the utilization of earlier issued statutory forms.
Form 2C summary of all forms needed.
