My client is a trader of Generator, he wants to sell a generator to Andhra pradesh without C form, can anyone tell me, what will be the CST rate applicable in his case.

What is the rate of local vat for generator in your state please? (you have indicated only to whom you are selling but from where the material is moved is most important to decide the rate of tax). It is okay, if the rate is 14.5% in your state, the same rate is applicable to interstate to AP without c form.
