14 April 2017 It depends upon your future plans as a CS. If you want to pursue your career as a CS in employment you should go for listed company and if you are more inclined towards practicing as a CS it is better to join CS firm. Moreover choice also depends upon the exposure one would get in a CS firm and in a listed company. In a listed company as a CS trainee you may get exposure in company law, secretarial and SEBI related areas whereas in a good CS firm you may get exposure in a wide variety of areas depending upon the firm's practice.
