Dear Sir
What are the requirements and Compliances for a CS Firm and if certain changes regarding partners takes place in a CS Firm then what are the Compliances to be complied.And also tell all the provisions to be followed by a CS Firm.

Hi
Every Company Secretary in Practice and every firm of Company Secretaries are required to submit to the Council in Form ‘I’ particulars of his office or those of the firm within 3 months from the commencement of practice or formation of the firm as the case may be. Any subsequent change(s) in the particulars are required to be sent so as to reach the Council within 30 days after the change was effected. The particulars furnished by the members and the subsequent changes intimated are entered in the Register of Offices and Firms maintained by the Council.
