One thing more..as already told you that presently I am working in Patna in the financial services sector. Should I request my company to please transfer me to the secretarial department so that I can gain rich experience there.If yes,please frovide me the letter format for the same..thanx.

Yes it will be very nice if you can gain experience in secretarial department. But its your internal matter so no specific format. Just discuss the matter with your seniors.
