Dear Sir,
I have got 152 marks in cs executive 2nd group as follows:
Company Law 64
Economic and Labour Laws 32
Securities Laws and Compliances 56
will I be elegible to exemption both in Company Law as well as Securities Laws and Compliances,because I am having in 2 subjects an aggregate of 60%.

You will get exemption only in Company law. Exemption is available if you score 60 or more in individual subject.

Thanks for the Correction. The special case says---
Special Case:
Where a student who has appeared in all the papers of a group has failed in one paper but obtained a minimum of 60% of the total marks of the remaining subjects (not in each subject) shall be declared to have passed in that group if he secured 50% marks in that paper in which he failed in any subsequent examination.
Still advised to confirm from the institute.
