05 October 2012 In the CS executive exams, is it important to study for the entire 100 marks and attempt the entire 100 marks. I just want to pass the exam. If Costing is 50%, can i skip 20 to 25 marks of Company A/c...same way, Studying Service Tax, VAT and Wealth tax for 50%, can i skip a few things from Income tax...Basically, can one pass by studying around 70 to 80 marks properly.

06 October 2012 No it's not necessary to attempt all questions. But still it's safe option to attempt all in hope of getting some marks.

20 marks questions are from objectives and short question itself. The rest 20 marks is not too tough to score.

If you don't wanna work so hard, then go for Reliance scanner,you can easily score well.
