Economic & Commercial Law, & SEBI in CS Executive...

Study Material of the ICSI is the best. Dont look beyond it for exam preparation. Also use guideline answer of ICSI for exam preparation.

You can use Sangeet Kedia's book but Material of ICSI is best.
