sir. i cleared cs foundation in june 2011 .i could not get registered for cs executive till now due to some health issues. my query is this: if i get registered in agust 2012 will i be able to appear in ca executive exam in dec 2012.

No, their should be nine month gap from the date of registration till date of appearance in exam.
So, if you are registering himself till August, 2012 you will be eligible to appear in exam in June, 2012.
