Cs and section 25 company

Hi
My CA says that in a section 25 company (with a paid up capital of more than Rs. 5 crores), a CA / Cost Accountant in full time employment of such a company can sign as a company secretary U/S 383A of Co. Act notification number 2/3/76 CLV dt. 9th jan 1976.
I cannot find the said notification and my CA does not a copy of the same.
Is this true? Can you please send a copy of the notification please? Best wishes, Kishore Nair

it seems it is true...you will find several reference to this notification..unfortunately MCA doesnt host notifications for the relevant period.
