Cs and section 25 company

My CA says that in a section 25 company (with a paid up capital of more than Rs. 5 crores), a CA / Cost Accountant in full time employment of such a company can sign as a company secretary U/S 383A of Co. Act notification number 2/3/76 CLV dt. 9th jan 1976.

I cannot find the said notification and my CA does not a copy of the same.

Is this true? Can you please send a copy of the notification please? Best wishes, Kishore Nair

10 January 2014 it seems it is true...you will find several reference to this notification..unfortunately MCA doesnt host notifications for the relevant period.
