We have received the invoice from advertisement agency on the behalf of this invoice we are going to avail the cenvat credit for the ST payment of march, plz let me know within how many month i have to issue the invoice..

28 March 2016 If you are claiming cenvat credit in March pay the invoice in March itself. Cenvat credit can only be claimed after payment of invoice.

28 March 2016 Sir.. my CA has advised that after claiming the cenvat credit we can made the payment upto 6 month, in case the cenvat credit of reverse charges can be claimed only after payment of ST,
