credit of taxes on imports... urgent....

hi can anybody tell me my client is importing plastic raw material and then he sold it domestic market by issuing vat bill.. now query is which all taxes he paid on import he can claim refund..

Input tax credit can be claimed on IGST paid on imports. Credits also can be claimed on CVD and addl CD for items held in stock on 30th June.
