Pls, tell me that to obtain a term loan from bank what is the procedure of filing of charges to ROC for a Pvt. Ltd. company. what documents are required to attached at the time of filing of charge.Is form No.8 is sufficient or there is any other additional form required

Form 8 alone is to be filed for creation of charge.. Copy of the agreement / Description of the charge needs to be attached to the form
