09 August 2016 Dear Experts,

Is it possible create Bigger HUF in the name of dead person ??
I want to create Bigger HUF in the name of dead person with son's signature.. Is it possible to do that..If yes what is procedure ??

10 August 2016 Basically try to understand that there is NO such concept of CREATION of HUF.
HUF exists because of 3 things.....01. common property, common god, common dining.
If you try to do the same and that too with a DEAD person's name, you will be carrying GREAT risk.

10 August 2016 Dear Sir,Actualy I don't have deep knowledge of HUF
Basically son got property by inheritence by his father...Son want to transfer that property to HUF of his father ..Can son form HUF of his dead father as Kartha..
Please suggest me isit possible.
