CPE requirement for a member in industry

06 December 2008 I have passed my CA in last nov. 08 (result in Jan 08)(i do not possess COP)

Whether i am required to complete minimum CPE hours as stipulated by the institute for CAs not in practice.

or whether for first year i am not required for that?
