Cpa-usa exemption for indian ca.

14 September 2012 I have cleared my CA-Final in May-2012.
I wanted to pursue CPA-USA. Can anyone tell me what is the procedure...i.e. any exemptions for Indian CA????
And what are the conditions needed to be fulfilled?
Which state must be selected for exemption and better opportunity??
Pls let me know s early s possible...

14 September 2012 No exemptions. They need 15 years CREDIT. US statewise rules are different. Better be in touch with some coaching institute. BECKER is one such good name involved in CPA coaching.

14 September 2012 Dear Anmol,

Correct me if i am wrong. As per my knowledge an India CA just have to give 3 exam in CPA.
My best friend sister qualified in Nov 2008 & she just gave 3 Exams in 2010 & she is settled over there now.

15 September 2012 I will go through the link and get back to you. In the mean time,,, as I said, in USA, every state has its separate set of rules. There are 4 papers, in all, which need to be cleared in 3 attempts. Else you need to register a fresh.The passing % is 75.

As per the site given...its sure that there are 4 papers....
But there are some conditions which r needed to b fulfilled....
i.e. 150 hrs of experience, 4 yrs. degree from US....
jst wnt to know is it necessary.....or there is sm way for it....Which state is better to select....

15 September 2012 As I said, the rules are different STATEWISE. Be in touch with some coaching classes. It will guide you which STATE to be selected.
