what should i do aftr graduation....as i am a cs inter student....should i pursue law or may be CA...or M.com

With CS LLB will be a very good combination. If you have interest in Finance you can also opt for ICWA. I will advise against CA because of its articleship requirement. By the time you complete CS you will have to do articleship and after CS if you get good offers you will not be able to do articleship at a monthly stipend of around Rs 6000/-.
So opt for LLB or ICWA will be my advise.
