HI EVERYONE

I HAVE CONDUCTED AN AUDIT AT MY SITE AND THEY HAVE PULLED OUT THAT THE PHOTOCOPY OF COURIER BILL OF ENTRY IS NOT A VALID DOCUMENT TO TAKE THE CREDIT.

CAN ANYONE TELL ME IS IT ADMISSIBLE OR NOT. IF YES THEN CAN YOU GIVE ME BRIEF EXPLANATION ABOUT IT WITH APPROPRIATE CASE LAWS OR JUDGEMENTS.

PLEASE REPLY AS IT IS VERY URGENT.

31 January 2009 Photo copy of bill is not allowed as a valid proof. The reason you can tamper the original and then take photocopy.

If you have really lost the bill, either you have to advertise or file an fir and get a certified true copy from the courier person stating it as duplicate issued in lieu of original being lost.
