Require your urgent help / assistance / guide for me. I am in a construction industury, and i am put in a assignment for cost saving. Can you please give me an idea for cost saving / cost control techniques for our company. The cost saving technique can be of any manner, it can be from operations, salaries & wages, general & admin expense.
