Require your urgent help / assistance / guide for me. I am in a construction industury, and i am put in a assignment for cost saving. Can you please give me an idea for cost saving / cost control techniques for our company. The cost saving technique can be of any manner, it can be from operations, salaries & wages, general & admin expense.

For Costing & Cost Saving, Cost optimization advice need to study the whole existing process of the business and then only can guide accordingly. I suggest you to hire one Cost & Management Accountant for complete guidance
