Kindly suggest how to start working on cost reduction for the service providing organization (NGO) related to administration cost including (HR, Accounts, Admin, IT).

THERE ARE MORE THAN ONE WAY TO ANALYSE THE COST TO REACCH AREA WHERE COST COULD BE REDUCED ONE OF THEM IS TO CLASSIFY THE HISTORICAL COST IN A/B/C CATEGORY AS PER AMOUNT AND PAY MORE ATTENTION TO THE COST IN DESCENDING ORDER.
