28 December 2009 the company has filed form 1A and it also received approval letter from roc but the company has not responded with in 60 days from the receipt of approval letter,what are the remidies available to the company now?

28 December 2009 You could have filed form 1AR for extention of name approval. If the same has not been done as yet and if the 60 days has been expired then the company will have to apply again for the name

28 December 2009 well as per point 8e of guidelines for name availability given at mca site, the name allowed by the registrar shall lapse after expiration of 6 months so before expiry of the said period you can renew it for one more time on payment of fee. so check it out that guidelines for more clarifications.
