Is there any provisions regarding sending e-annual report, notice of AGM for UNLISTED PUBLIC LIMITED COMPANY?
And if it is there what is the procedure for it???

Read circular no.18/2011 dated 29.04.2011 as issued by MCA on Green Initiative matter. It will applicable on both listed or unlisted public or private company.
