04 February 2010 i am qualified ca in aug 2009.i have not found ggod opportunity to work..m planning to take cop i would like to know whether i can cancel cop if i wl get good job opportunity,and whether i can work part time with cop.

04 February 2010 Yes you can cancel ur COP anytime by surrendring back to the institute.
Also,if you got job opprtunity, then you are just required to intimate to the insitute about your employment and from that date your Full time COP will be replaced by Part Time COP and you will not be allowed to do any attestion while holding Part Time COP.
