19 April 2017 Whether PAN of partnership is required to be changed while converting into the company?

21 April 2017 Yes PAN has to be applied afresh for resultant company since in PAN for company the word 'C' appears whereas in case of partnership firm the letter 'F' appears. moreover company is a separate tax entity. Status of partnership will change over to company so new PAN will be change.
