Conversion of partnership firm into private limited

How to covert partnership firm (two partners are there in firm) into private limited company, what is the process and which forms are use ans also pan no effective date , Please tell me

You need to file normal incorporation forms. The object of the new company should be to takeover the business of the partnership forms. You will need balance sheet of the partnership firm, NOC from partners and other documents of the partnership firm.
