29 November 2021 We are a Co-operative housing society with 110 flats. Today we got a notice from the managing committee informing that they would like to cancel the existing housekeeping and security contracts and take all these employees on the society payroll. i.e. 4 no's of housekeeping staff and 6 no's of security staff. Do let me know what are the complication and additional burden or formalities on the society members for such a decision

30 November 2021 Good decision, PF and ESI has to be remitted.

03 December 2021 As there are 10 employees will this be governed by the Factory Act, and follow all leave policy's etc

03 December 2021 Factory Act not applicable.
