I am a individual proprietor(small civil contractor turnover below 9 lacs) doing original construction work for 3rd floor of the pvt ltd company company for a contract amount of 7 lacs
my query is that which bill to be issued( weather labour+material or only labour) to company so that i am safe from service tax
also plz guide me applicability of reverse charge in case a) labour bill issued by me b) labour+material bill issued by me.
