HOW CAN EXECUTE A CONTRACT B/W AN INDIVIDUAL AND PROPRIETORSHIP FIRM IF BOTH BELONGS DIFFERENT STATE AND WHAT IS THE LEGAL PROCESSING FOR contract ?

You can take stamp paper of any state of between two states, where the parties resides and execute the same.

You have to first enter a contract in writing and get is notarised or registered so that any dispute can be suied. Take the stamp paer of minimum Rs. 100/- and execute the contract or get the contract typed on legal paper then do the franking and on the basis of the contact you can start your work.
