In pvt ltd, company , Doctors working as a consultant for clinic , we are paying Consultancy charges monthly Fixed amount, they are not working in outside, we treated as a consultant , is it correct

05 April 2018 depends on the contract. It might actually be treated as salary... however, in most of cases it is just passed on as business practice.
