who is liable to vat under consignment in the state of salr I.e consignor or consignee.
exp.
'A' consignor sells goods to 'B' consignee against form F. Now consignee sells the goods in his state to buyers.
my first question in whose name consignee issues invoice and who is liable to vat and will there be any reversal of credit taken by consignor?

The seller A is liable for VAT.
