previous year = financial year
so now if ur co starts from 31st march 14 previous year wil b from 1st april 13 to 31st march 14

but sir ,, my company has been started on last day....and according to dat link...in case of newly established business the first py commences on the date of setting up of business and end immediately following 31 march....
and my question is what if our business starts on 31 march (last date of financial yr)
