Hi Everyone, I have completed my CA Final in this May 2014 attempt. But still I have not obtained the right job.At present I am working in a CA firm on a salary which is very less as per the reputition of our profession.In the Campus I was just only selected by GENPACT for odd timings and I didnot want to start my carrer with a BPO at that point of time. So I want your guidance how should I explore my carrer further.What type of courses I should do or how should I improve myself to get a good job.

When are we going to ACCEPT that BPO/KPO business is going to be THE thing. Any idea as to how much % of total business this BPO/KPO is doing? It is phenomenal....

Hello,
Each of the eight papers in final CA offers an area to explore, I suppose. Going a step further there are domains such as Payroll & ERP. I feel one could easily water down now.
Coming to your question on courses, could you be little clear on what you meant by a 'good job'. Am asking as many would have accepted the Genpact offer that was turned down. I think at your stage one need not enroll for any course, only brush up the fundamentals relevant to the interview calls you would get.
Your language too is up to the mark, but consider taking it to the next level since you have time. As you grow with a company their could be a need to manage people, so no harm in working on the management skills.
If you have any off shoot questions based on my response, chip in without any hesitation.
Lastly, opinion of the expert Amol seems equally good. No harm in trying!
