Confused with which itr to used. ay 13-14

I am a partner in a partnership firm. We have made a loss in the same and have filed return accordingly.

But during the year, both partners have withdrawn some money for self-use and also we have some interest income on capital account.

In stock market, I have a speculative loss, short term loss and loss in derivative segment too.

Request your kind support in enabling me file a IT return.

06 May 2014 you need to File ITR4.

06 May 2014 Sandeep he cannot file Itr3 because he is having speculative losses which would be considered as business income as proprietor...

Incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in slearly states that ITR3 should not be used by an individual whose total income for the assessment year 2013-14 includes Income from Business or Profession under any proprietorship
