what is the differene btn input service provider and output service provider?

Do you know "service receiver" and "service provider"?
If that is the case then conceptually there should NOT be any problem in using INPUT and OUTPUT service. These phrases are to used in context to each other.
Let us take one example....A CA provides service to his/her client PQR. For PQR, this service by CA is input......and so on
