Computation of salary for tds

one of my employee basic salary is 240000 AM. and i am also giving him incentive on targate base. actually the problem is i am not sure whether the incentive including salary will exceed the 250000 or not.

please guide me on this above issue..


please reply it's urgent

13 April 2015 Whenever you become sure that the Salary is likely to exceed 250000/- you may advise your employee to make certain investments deductible U/s 80C. In case the same is not possible start to deduct TDS from that month in which the income of him is likely to exceed the taxable limit.

suppose in march 2016 i have been sure the payment has been exceed RS. 250000 included incentive also. on this will i have to pay any interest also. cause why i have not deducted the TDS since 1/4/2015..
