Is filling of GST CMP03 IS MANDATORY FOR ALL DEALER UNDER THIS SCHEME? IF YES THEN WHAT WILL BE THE DUE DATE FOR FILLING IT?

CMP3 is mandatory for those dealers who are opting Composition Scheme and CMP03 should be filed within 60 days from which the option for composition levy is exercised.

Earlier the DEALER is in composition scheme under existing VAT law.And on migration to GST also dealer wants to continue under the same scheme is it mandatory to file CMP01 AND CMP03 or by default he will be treated as composite dealer in GST also?

He has to file first CMP01 and then CMP03 if he want to continue in composition scheme.
