21 October 2007 Does the Jharkhand Vat act allows deduction against Works Contract on account of Exps against Labour, Transportation, Gross Profit.
What is the due date of Filing of audit report under Jharkhand vat Act.If not filed what will be the consequences,

21 October 2007 Work Contract Tax(VAT) . 1.Labour wages 2. Transporting charges is exempted But Authortity officer is signed your'e Bill for deducting the labour wages and transporting charges , Balance amount is chargable VAT TAX.

Example.
Bill Amount is Rs. 2,00,000/-
Less:
Labour wages Rs. 1,00,000/-

Tranporting Charges Rs. 20,000/-
Balance amount Rs. 80,000/- is taxable under VAT. Certificate is issuing from Sales Tax office of Jharkhand.

Please Specify that the Expenses of Labour and Transportation is deductible under Jharkhand Vat act when the Assessee has opted for composite Tax option Scheme.You havealso not mentioed abount audit due date under Vat and its consequences.
