Composite Contract Purchase against Form C

can i get a concessional rate of tax on i.e. Against Form C t/w purchase of Interstate if i have registered under COT and doing a Works Contract and if i purchased from outside the karnataka is i need to pay the tax on interstate purchase.

visit your vat office and ask to make amendment in your registration of CST for such purchase, as wct does not allow such facility but depending your tax nature, the sto may endorse the amendment,
without amendment in your CST registration you can not avail the concessional interstate purchase against form C
