Dear Sir/Madam,
In case a pvt ltd company incorporation date 12.02.2014. what is the due date for IT return ? i.e. i should file the roi up to 31.03.2014 ?

Yes. Inference is from proviso to section 3 r.a.w 3rd proviso to section 139(1) of the IT Act,1961.

Thank u Sir, one another query if that company incorporation date 08.03.2014, so need to file or no need to file the roi up to 31.03.2014 ?
