Dear Experts,
We have changed the Company Name in FY2015-16, Do we need to Mention any where the Old Company Name also with New Company Name Like in Financial Statements, Audit Report or Board Report. What are the provisions in Companies Act 2013 with Regard to this..??

Where there is a change in the name of the company during the last two years then the former name shall also be mentioned along with the current name. Both names should be displayed in:-
Name board.
Letter head
Bills/invoices
All Notices like
inviting tenders
inviting employment
for closure of register of members
all official publications.
