27 January 2012 Sir,

in unlisted private limited company one director is appointed as on 23.12.2010 and annual return was filed for the year ended 2010-11 without appointing him as additional Director and his name is included in annual return. now,what should do? revised form 20B can be filed?

30 January 2012 I think you haven't filed form 32 when the director so appointed as Additional director.

You have to do the following;

1) File e-Form 32 -for his appointment as an Additional director

In AGM director so appointed as an Additional Director, need to be regularized .i.e need to appointed as a director

2 )Within 30 days of AGM, file e-Form 32 - for his appointment as Director

After filing the aforesaid e-Forms,
No need to file revise 20B.
