In a finacial year Company successfully held 3 Board Minutes & Fourth Meeting adjourned 2 times for lack of quorum.
Is there is voilence of any provision of Companies ACT?

As per section 288(2) the adjourned board meeting will be treated as good as a b.m convened and hence no violation.
