i have audit of a public limited listed co. in respect of that we have signed the audit report & also sent to Bse. now i want to know that can i change that balance sheet

If the financial statements are not circulated among the shareholders and it is not approved in the Annual General Meeting, the auditor can very well change the statements as well as his/her report.But necessarily the signed documents submitted to BSE should be called back.
