04 January 2014 There are lots of compliance to be followed by a private company. Like filing of balance sheet and annual return with ROC.

Rest is dependent on the business to be transacted.

04 January 2014 If you are talking about a particular business like:

1. Increase in authorised capital
2. Allotment of new shares
3. Change in board of directors
4. Change in regd. office address

then let us know to tell you the compliance required.

There are lots of compliance in a private company. Some general compliance includes:

1. Holding of minimum 4 board meetings. section 285.
2. Maintaining board and general meeting minutes. (section 193)
