Dear Experts,
I have filed Form INC 1 on 12.01.2016 and there was resubmission required on 18.01.2016 i.e. not to use the prefix I have used and to furnish the fresh names and I resubmitted it the following day correcting the issues, but again there was resubmission required showing regarding the same issues (exactly same line and matter although I havenot used that prefix) given on 18.01.2016 so I resubmitted the form again thinking it was a software problem.
but today again it is showing resubmission required and exactly the same issues and line shown previously,
so what is to be done?
plz help

Generally, re-submission is allowed only once and if not corrected properly INC-1 will be rejected. But here ,more than one opportunity is given with the same defect. Seems a technical issue for which a personal visit to ROC office may be helpful to solve the issue.
