Respected Experts, im incorporating a company for which INC-22 is pending.
the registered office is owned by the directors. SO WHAT ARE THE VALID DOCUMENTS FOR PROFF OF ADDRESS OF THE REGISTERED OFFICE TO BE SUBMITTED AS ATTACHEMENT WITH THIS FORM?
PLEASE GUIDE ME WITH YOUR VALUABLE SUGGESTIONS.

2. Utility bill containing the name of the director and the address of the regd office building.
3. Latest building tax receipt containing the name of the director and the address (at least door no.)of the regd office.
Please not that :-
i) the name of the director as in DIN, Utility bill and building tax receipt should match.
ii) address as in INC 22, utility bill and building tax receipt should match.
2. Utility bill containing the name of the director and the address of the regd office building.
3. Latest building tax receipt containing the name of the director and the address (at least door no.)of the regd office.
Please not that :-
